Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
One goal was to be more of a vocal leader and to be productive to the team outside of my main position. Becoming more versatile and understanding the why of the game.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
Both coaches & players would say that I’m a vibrant leader and very competitive. Attentive to details and wants to win.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
Focusing on the little details such as eye control and knowing my communications needed to the specific player depending on the play call. Another focus is situational awareness of the down & distance! To improve my game in film studying I also try to look for different tendencies my key has to get a jump on their moves!
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
I feel as if my ability to lead and the work ethic I bring separates me, also eagerness to learn day in and day out.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
Most importantly to stay in shape and become faster also become more explosive and powerful. Watching as much game film on others and myself to fix and view field habits as well.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
One strength that I can bring to my team is leadership and the ability to be a superstar in my role and being a great team as well as coachable. Another strength / ability is having professionalism and holding myself to a high standard for those watching.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
My final pitch is that I’m open to learning new position and here to be a team player. Coming to work daily whether it’s on or off the field activities and taking full advantage of all opportunities!
