Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
The goal I set for my self in my final collegiate season was to put my name on the map. Dominant every snap I took because there’s was no guarantee of another one.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
I am a selfless player; whatever the team needs I’m the guy to do it. I do the jobs that nobody wants to do.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
When I’m watching film the things I focus on are offensive players tendencies, not just for receiver’s but for all offensive positions. Starting from the offensive lineman seeing if the heavy one the hands during run plays or if the lean slightly when pulling, then I look at the receivers do they burst off the ball on run plays , how do they block, and their releases. Then I analyze the splits and alignments of the running back in pass plays verses the run.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
My versatility and football knowledge, being able to line up anywhere on the field and play fast whether it be at safety, nickel, or as a edge rusher I can line up a do my 1 /11 (my job on the field) and make plays.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
I will be training at the Fitness Academy working on speed, strength, and flexibility. Also will be doing skill training with kingdom way training.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I have a wide variety of skills and can fit into any defensive being able to play multiple positions throughout a game. I’ve played on multiple special teams units during my collegiate my career.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
Coming from a small city in upstate New York, in order to just get out hard work wasn’t enough I had to stand out and learn to never take an opportunity for granted. With every opportunity presented you can either rise to the occasion or let it pass you by, and I’m not one to let things just pass me by. So no matter the circumstances that I’m in, I know if the opportunity presented itself for me to play beyond my college career, there no letting go.
