Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

I increased my chances for going pro by simply making more of an impact both on and off the field for my team and showing off other aspects of my game.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

My coaches would say that I’m hardworking and a great leader. My teammates would say that I’m humble and confident in my craft and also a leader.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When watching film I tend to be very technical about how my routes look and what I could improve step by step and also if I took a photo of the ball while catching it. Emphasizing the photo on the catch has really made me go from having great hands to elite hands.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I plan on being invited to camps and other pro days, but I will be in St.Louis training with pros like Pierre Desir, Austin Mack, Sheldon Richardson and other NFL prospects working on maintaining strength and getting great numbers for pro days.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I’ll be training back in my hometown in Birmingham AL, getting ready for pro day with Justin Woodall and Kevin Brown. These are guy’s that have dealt with all types of pro athletes and that has helped them get to where I’m trying to get at, which is the NFL.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

On the field I will bring that leader mentality but also being coachable at the same time. Try my best to show the other guys how this should be done or what I may have seen them do wrong so they could do it better next time. Off the field i’ll make sure I represent my team and organization the right way by not getting in trouble always doing the right thing and trying to help others that are less fortunate and give back to the community.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

My final pitch is that I’m witty player with spectacular hands and a lot of potential I just need the opportunity from any team to believe in me and the work I’ve put in to this game because I know I will be successful at that level.
