Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?
Some of my goals headed in to the season were to make a deep run in the playoffs, lead the nation in tackles, conference defensive player of the year, and be the best teammate and leader possible.
Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?
Relentless, Tenacious, Smart.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
I am currently training at Micheal Johnson Performance in Texas. I am working on all aspects of the pro-day and really focusing in on mastering the proper technique.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?
I really try to lock in on offensive tendencies, personnel packages, and the down and distance.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
Turn on the film, not one player will ever consistently beat me to the ball, I take pride in trying to be the first one to the ball every play.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I will bring leadership, positive energy, and the willingness to do anything possible for the team to win.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
Need someone to find the football, help the team win at all costs, and even help fill up the water bottles, then I am your guy. I will also be an impactful citizen in the city of the organization.
