Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

For this season, I wanted to be a member of a winning team (Achieved this at 6-5) and become an All Conference Player (3rd team All Conference).

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I’m a hard worker, leader, student of the game, and someone who has a high football IQ. I’m a coachable player that does what is asked of him and a guy people look up to.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

I try to improve my first steps on every play, whether is run or pass, look at my tackling technique on all my tackles (made tackles and missed) and try to improve small details of my overall game.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I believe my football IQ, tackling ability, and play recognition separates me from other prospects.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

My plan right now is to hopefully get invited to an All Star Game and be able to showcase my skills against other prospects. For training, I’d like to go back to Texas and train for my pro day.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I believe my work ethic, leadership skills, tackling ability and Football IQ are things that will help separate my from others on and off the field. My on the field skills paired with my off the field skills are what allow me to be the player I am today.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

I am a hardworking, adaptable, intelligent safety that loves and understands the game of football and will be an asset to a team. I believe that through my on and off the field skills, I will be a guy that adds positively to the position room and the team as a whole.
