Position: RB
Height: 5-9

Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My final collegiate season was also my first. So my goal was to get on the field and contribute in any way that I could. I got on a few special teams units after not playing football for five years since I was going to be a backup on the best offense in the country. After 1.5 years of developing I am confident that I can play anywhere.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

If you were to ask my coaches and teammates about the type of player I am, I’m confident they would all speak to my potential and my work ethic. But more importantly, they would point to the transition I made from switching sports and all the hard work and dedication that came with it. Over the course of the season, I think my coaches and teammates would agree that I made more improvement than anyone else on the team. That’s something I take a lot of pride in, and constantly striving to get better is something our coaching staff emphasizes more than anything. It’s why I’ve been able to be so successful so far. They’d say I’m always willing to do whatever the team needs to be successful. I believe they would point to me switching positions (from slot to RB) as an example of my willingness to do whatever it takes to make the team better. I never once complained or made excuses. I believe my coaches and teammates would describe me as someone who gives their all no matter what and I’m excited to take that mindset with me as I move on to the next level and continue to grow as a player.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

The biggest things that I study are decision making and technique. If I’m evaluating myself I’m looking to see if I’ve been executing the techniques and things that we practiced, as well as if I made the right decision. When I’m looking at other guys or pro players I’m constantly looking for things that they may have that I can add to my game or ways that I can improve. When i’m watching an opponent’s film i’m trying to understand as much about them as possible that could give me an advantage. How they move in space, what are their strengths and weaknesses etc.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I’ve only been playing college ball for 1.5 years so the sky’s the limit in terms of how much better I can get. I don’t have any wear and tear on my body and I have elite next level speed that will be an asset to any team. I am someone who got lost due to my path and starting out playing a different sport, I just need an opportunity to showcase what I can do.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I’m currently training with one of the best track and position coaches in the country at EVO Sports Training to continue to develop both as a player and an athlete. This is where I did my Pro Day Training and improved significantly despite a bad weather day during our pro day.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

On the field teams will get a dynamic playmaker that can score from anywhere on the field. They will get a dog who is willing to do anything for the team and will be a valuable asset no matter where he lines up. They will get the ultimate competitor who isn’t afraid to do what it takes to succeed. Off the field they will get someone who will radiate positivity even on his worst days. They will get someone whose energy and presence would be felt if they were missing.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

I am an offensive weapon who can play in both the slot, the backfield, and return kicks. I have legit 4.3 speed and will contribute to any team that gives me a chance. I don’t shy away from any opportunity and when the lights are the brightest is when I’m at my very best.
