Ben Sieczkowski: 2020 Pro Prospect Interview

Name: Ben Sieczkowski
School: Wagner
Position: FB/H-Back
Height: 6’2″
Weight: 245

Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

One goal I set for my last collegiate season was to play more tight end rather than just Fullback. I also wanted to get the ball more so I could help the team as much as possible.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

My coaches and teammates would say that I’m a tough football player and willing to do the dirty work to help the team get a win.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I tend to watch how explosive my first few steps are while blocking. This helps me make the correct steps more of a second nature so that during a game my instinct takes over and I can have a less flawed game.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I feel that I am very athletic for my position. Im more versatile than most athletes in my position. I could put on size if I was needed to block more. Also I could trim down and be more of a passing threat.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I have training at the Fassst facility in Monroe township. That covers all my pro day specific workouts such as my 40-yard dash, broad jump, 5 10 5 drill, etc. Also I have been going to Sportika to work on footwork and running routes.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

For on the field I bring a consistent high energy attitude. Throughout practice I push my teammates to be their best. Off the field I am a loyal friend and willing to help my brothers.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

My final pitch is that I truly love football and will do everything in my power to make it onto a team. Whether it would be the position I am currently playing or switch to where you see me fit best.
