Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?
My goals were to walk off the field as a champion with my brothers. As well as putting my best year of ball into my player resume. Finally, just going back to having fun with the game like the very first time I played a snap.
Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?
Relentless, persistent, and passionate.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
Train until I make my goals a reality, just going in every day with a chip on my shoulder and killing the workout or drill as if it’s a man in front of me.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?
When watching film, my keys are: play showers (does their formation and stance tell me what I’m going to get), going to the whistle players, how aggressive are they and how do missed assignments affect the Offensive Lineman I will be facing.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
What separates me is my ball get off and athleticism, being an end who can also play tackle makes it hard on Guards because I’m fast and for tackles I’m strong and my reactions in close space are faster.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I bring leadership abilities to bring others together, I give my all to my teammates on and off the field, and my trained to go attitude will carry over to others it’s contagious.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
All I can say, I’m ready to help your organization reach the top, coach. I’m all in!
