Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
Win another championship. Back to back champs, job completed.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
I think they would say that I am a great person to be around and am very coachable. I love taking direct coaching and the pure honest dynamic I have had with all of my QB & offensive coaches in my career.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
I like to dissect all the plays that were left out there on the field & get the extra reps via film.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
My ability to create positive plays when it seems impossible. My running skills are on par with RB’s at the division 1 level and can also pass just as well as any quarterback, did not get to showcase that ability past 2 seasons enough.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
Training relentlessly and getting better as a player and student of the game.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I am trustworthy and accountable to my teammates and coaches and hope that they hold me to that standard. I lead by example and use my voice when needed. People rally behind me because I am the same person on and off the field.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
I will give you my very best version of myself, and that is a quarterback that knows how to score touchdowns and win football games. I will make plays when they are needed to be made and turnovers are not common in my game.
