Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

A few goals I set for myself for my final season was leading my team in Tackles and Interceptions. Also while attaining All Conference, I was short for obtaining All American which I was still upset about. I feel as if I was the best safety in the conference.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

My coaches and teammates would say I was the player that did not accept the bare minimum. I pushed my teammates to be the best they could be. I held everyone accountable from the beginning of camp to the end of the season. My coaches also held me to a high pedestal because they knew what all I have went through to get to where I’m at now.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When I’m studying film I tend to look for tendencies the QB makes before throwing the ball or watching Offensive Tackles either their stance when it’s a pass block or when his hand in the dirt with head looking down and me knowing it’s a run. Things like that I tend to watch.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

What separates me from other pro prospects is my work ethic and my commitment to keep going no matter what. Also doing whatever it takes time get where I need to be. Nothing was ever handed to me, I first started college football as a walk on and earned a scholarship. From that point on I knew what it took to make it and the sacrifices I would eventually have to make.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

My plan for the offseason is to make sure my 40 time is acceptable and my bench surpass those around me. My trainer doesn’t spend all the time in the world to work on 40s his plan is to make me more explosive and to have my endurance at top speed.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I would add leadership to a team because I know there’s guys all over the world can add some type of leadership but I think what would make me different is by being a consistent leader. My strengths is being a great leader and brother and teammate.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

I know I’m not the biggest or the most fastest guy on the team but I guarantee you I will be the ONLY guy that gives his all Day in and out. I will be the Kobe Bryant of any team. My mindset is to be the best on the team then push my teammates exactly how I pushed myself.
