Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?
-Play my role as a teammate in hopes of leading the team to a championship.
-Stand out as a player individually, I wanted coaches to game plan knowing that I was always going to be around the ball.
Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?
Smart, Instinctual, Fast.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
Footwork and hip mobility drills with resistance and strength training twice a day for 6 days a week.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?
Player Tendencies, play call tendencies. Down and distance play calls. Any little hint or clue that a player gives away before the play.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
I am the smartest player on the field, due to countless hours of film study/breakdown. Having good awareness of the opposing offense allows me to help our defense be in the best position possible for our defense to make plays. Most importantly, what separates me is my ability to adapt and be coachable during the game.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
Leadership and my constant drive to improve. Connecting with teammates and creating a family bond.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
Picking me for your team means you are getting someone who is willing to put in the work and time to be able to compete to my best ability. I am 100% for the team both on and off the field. I buy into programs and trust the coaching. I learn fast and I am very coachable.
