Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?
Heading into my final season I wanted to be in better shape to play longer periods of time. I believe over the spring and summer I spent countless hours working out on my own and running trying to get in good shape.
Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?
Hard worker who understands the game. A player who will be able to translate what he sees on the field and in the film room to help put the team in the best situations. Great route runner.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
I focus on down and distance tendencies. Also, I focus on how teams align to different personnel and how they play their coverages to different formations.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
I am able to run any route. I can read the defense quickly and develop a plan to win my route.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
I am training at Trophy in Dallas, Texas with John Nwisienyi (DOU Fitness).
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I care about my community and want to be able to help people who come from tough environments. I want to be able to show them that no matter your situation if you stay persistent and focused on a goal, no matter how many times people tell you no or things do not go as planned if you stay the course eventually it will all fall in place. On the field, I will come to work and give my all. I will do anything in the best interest of the team, to help win games.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
I am an excellent route runner, hard worker, and smart player. I am a family oriented and a fun person to be around. I believe I can make the locker room better and bring positive energy to help my teammates succeed.
