Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?

The goals that I accomplished going into my last collegiate football season were that I was able to get my snap time faster and become a much more accurate snapper.

Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?

I believe my coaches would say I am a selfless and hardworking player. My redshirt junior season I was playing quarterback for my team and switching to long snapper this past season really showed how selfless of a person I am. I am a hard worker because long snapping is still kind of new to me so I have put a lot of time during practice and by myself to perfect my craft.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

When I am studying film, what I watch for to improve my game is I look for how my technique is. If I can perfect my technique then I’ll be able to get the ball back to the punter faster and there is a less likely chance for an errant snap.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

What really separates me from the other snappers is my athletic ability and my leadership. Since I was a quarterback, I believe I have skills that other long snappers do not. I have the ability to run down field in coverage and make plays. Also, since I was a quarterback I have become a great leader. I hold people accountable and make sure everyone gets the job done.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

What I have been doing this off-season for the draft or other pro opportunities is that I have been working out non-stop making sure I am in physical shape for the pros and I am also working on my snaps to get them faster.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

The strengths and abilities I will bring to a team that will stand out on and off the field would be how accountable I am. On the field I am a very coachable player. I will always take advice that will help me become a better player. I also like to get along with everyone on my team. Off the field the team will never have to wonder if I am up to no good. I won’t ever be late for meetings or practices because I am a very accountable person.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

My final pitch to professional teams is that I bring a different element to the special teams game with my athletic ability. I am a very coachable player and I am always working to perfect my craft. You can always hold me accountable and I will always get the job done.
