Who we are
The Gridiron Crew is a full-service football agency representing elite athletes at the NFL (NFLPA Certified) and CFL (CFLPA Certified) levels, while also advising players across the UFL and IFL.
TGC delivers comprehensive, player-first representation built on trust, preparation, and results. We take a hands-on, strategic approach to every stage of an athlete’s career — from pre-draft evaluation and training guidance to contract negotiation, team placement, and free agency planning. Beyond the field, we work closely with our clients to develop their personal brand, secure marketing and endorsement opportunities, and build a long-term financial and professional strategy.

NFL
We provide elite, NFLPA-certified representation focused on maximizing contract value, navigating free agency, and positioning our clients for long-term success at the highest level of football. From pre-draft strategy to second contracts and beyond, we manage every detail so our players can focus on performance.
Canadian Football League
CFL
As a CFLPA-certified agency, we guide players through opportunities in the Canadian game, leveraging strong relationships across the league to secure contracts and create pathways back to the NFL when applicable. We ensure our clients are positioned to succeed both on the field and in their careers.
United Football League
UFL
We advise and represent players in the UFL as a critical stepping stone to the NFL. Our focus is on exposure, roster placement, and performance strategy—helping athletes capitalize on every opportunity to elevate their careers to the next level.
Indoor Football League
IFL
We work closely with players in the IFL to develop, place, and promote talent in one of the fastest-growing alternative leagues. The IFL serves as a proven pathway, and we position our clients to stand out, gain film, and earn opportunities in higher leagues.

Aidan Hickey
NFL Agent/Partner
Aidan is from Sycamore, Illinois and attended Western Kentucky University where he completed his Bachelor’s in Sports Management. Aidan then continued his pursuit of becoming a NFL Sports Agent and attorney by attending Stetson College of Law. After graduation, Aidan passed the Florida Bar and became an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor and is now residing in Nashville, Tennessee. Aidan assists and represents The Gridiron Crew’s clients with matters related to the NFL.
Allen Lancaster
Director of Finance
Allen is a certified public accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience in tax and accounting. Allen hails from rural Mississippi and attended Mississippi State University where he completed undergraduate degrees in accounting and communication and also obtained a Masters of Taxation degree. Allen now resides in Hendersonville, Tennessee and continues to work with both individuals and businesses in navigating thru accounting and tax-related issues.
Colin Durina
Founder/Partner
Growing up in Youngstown, Ohio, Colin’s passion for sports led him to attend Niagara University where he graduated in 2010 with a B.S. in Sports Management and Endicott College where he graduated in 2013 with a M.Ed. in Athletic Administration. He attended Niagara on a full running scholarship where he was team captain. While currently working in the Plastics Engineering field, Colin’s past sports industry experience has included Sports Broadcasting at FloSports in Austin, TX, the United Football League, Minor League Baseball, and more.
Dallas Hartwell
CFL Agent/Partner
Dallas hails from rural Nebraska and is a University of Nebraska alum, majoring in Political Science and History. He is also an Afghan Veteran, having served in theater with the US Army in 2008 and 2009. Dallas is a full time educator, teaching World History and APUSH. He has been a varsity head coach for seven years and is currently the Head Coach at The Brandon School in California.
Nick Ernst
Team-Player Liasion/Partner
Nick works at building positive relationships with Professional teams and athletes. Nick hails from rural Iowa and is an alum from the Universities of Iowa and South Dakota where he majored in Mathematics Education and minored in Statistics. Nick has spent the last decade as a head football coach at both the varsity high school and semi-professional levels.
Oscar Scott
IFL Advisor
Oscar is an alumnus and All-Conference Linebacker at Bethany College where he majored in exercise science-kinesiology. He went on to play six years of professional football including stops in Poland, Mexico, The Spring League, and various arena/indoor football leagues. Oscar was the first client of The Gridiron Crew and returns to the company hoping to use his experience to guide the next generation of athletes.
Shahbaz Dhillon
Director of Scouting
Shahbaz works to find and evaluate athletes as well as help them on their pro journey. Shahbaz hails from Oakville, ON, CAN. Where he graduated from Humber College’s Sport Management program. Prior to this he was apart of the 2010 recruitment class to the University of Waterloo (OL) and also attended Wilfrid Laurier University. Shahbaz has spent a number of years in the sports industry, including as the Manager of Football Operations for the Edmonton Elks in the 2024 season where he also oversaw the salary cap, player contracts and was apart of the scouting team.
