Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My goals were to try to become consistent in my craft and technique, help my teammates better themselves, help my team win a conference championship and enhance my football IQ. I accomplished becoming the school record holder in interceptions, and tied the conference record of interceptions. I also accomplished playing in the FCS National Bowl Game. I did become consistent in my craft and technique, help my teammates better themselves, and enhance my football IQ.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

They would say that I’m the type of player who learns from his mistakes, always wants to get better, leaves it all on the field, and wants to win everything he does.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

Looking at formations and what teams love to pass/run out those formations. I also look at down and distance and what route concepts teams love to run in those situations. I love to look at wide receivers’ splits/alignments and what routes they like to run based on that. I also incorporate what the previous had success on the previous week and expect teams to incorporate that into their gameplans. I also look at how receivers come off the ball during run plays and pass plays.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I think my football IQ sets me apart from other professional prospects and my film breakdown to pick up tendencies and call them out/know what’s coming when I see it.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

Continue to lift and train my skills during the week while playing baseball this spring.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

A great leader not only vocally when needed but also through my actions. Always does the right thing and has a lot of self-determination. Fights through adversity by remaining focused and goal-driven.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

Dear NFL and other pro leagues, my final pitch to you is straightforward: I am a dedicated and hard-working individual who thrives on constantly learning and improving. My passion for the game is matched by my relentless work ethic, demonstrating my commitment to excellence on and off the field. I am eager to contribute my skills, attitude, and drive to your team, making a positive impact both on the game and within the organization. Give me the chance to show you what I can bring to the table, and together, we can achieve greatness.
