Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

As a team, we set out many goals for the season. Specifically, we wanted to bring back a winning culture to the program. It had been multiple years since we had a winning season and we were able to accomplish this. Individually, I wanted to exceed the standard that I had set the year before which was becoming an All-American. Although I did not achieve this, I was selected onto the All-Conference team and was able to improve other areas of my game.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

Consistent and Dedicated. No matter the situation or game scenario, I bring relentless energy and execute at a high level. I am the type of player that elevates the game of people around me. Whoever I am on the field with, I instill confidence within my teammates, allowing us to compete and succeed among any competition.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

Film is a critical tool that players can use to improve their game off the field. When I watch film, I specifically focus on the tendencies of the opponent. Including formations, top run/pass concepts, and what plays the opponents run in different areas of the field. Visualizing these things beforehand allows me to react faster in the game.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I believe my knowledge of the game and natural instincts are two factors that set me apart from the rest. Completely understanding my job and the defensive scheme as a whole allows me to play fast and allows me to make plays.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

Follow a training regimen provided by my strength coach, focusing on explosion and drills that correlate to on-field success.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Whether on the field or in the locker room, I believe I am a natural leader who brings out the best in everyone. I always want more from myself and others in order to obtain something great. Through my physical and mental abilities, I thrive when adversity hits.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

Being able to represent something bigger than myself and working towards a common goal is how I can impact any team. I am a fast, physical player who will put relentless effort into any organization in order to be my best.
