Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
Two goals that I set for myself were to achieve all conference and end my career on the record board for career rushing yards.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
A couple of things that my coaches and teammates would say about me is that I’m a hard worker and that I do whatever it takes in order to win.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
Some of things I do while studying film is identify who the top 3 best players are on defense and see what their tendencies are. After, I watch film of other running backs who played against them and see what they were successful at and try to find a pattern.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
One thing that separates me from other pro prospects would be my contact balance. Knowing that I’m undersized for my position gives me a chip on my shoulder that’s needed to not get stopped by the first person that attempts to tackle me. I’d argue that they’re guys much bigger than me that struggle with having consistent contact balance both in between the tackles and in the secondary.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
During the offseason the two main things I plan on doing are getting faster and becoming more of a receiving hybrid for anyone’s offense.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
Some strengths and abilities that I bring to teams that will stand out are my ability to thrive in any kind of offense and my ability to adapt to any in-game situation.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
Lastly, I understand that my size will definitely be off putting for most teams. I’m sure that me playing at a small school will be off putting as well. Regardless I ask that you give me a chance and if you do it will be a decision that will make all of you a lot of money, and more importantly, help you win a lot of games.
