Staying healthy, show that I can catch out the back field.

Hardworking, a leader, a game changer.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
The holes that I might have miss, better ways to block, reading the formation the defense is lined up in. How could I have run my routes better.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
I’m an all purpose back, I don’t get tackled by the first defender,I can catch, I can run routes so you can line me up outside if needed, I can block, and run the ball, I can create space with my agility but I’m not afraid to run through anyone also.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
Train in California, Work on my speed, and work on becoming more fluid with my agility.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
Being coachable, I can take hard criticism of my weaknesses and turn them into strengths. I’m very competitive and I don’t give up easily. I’m also very flexible, you can use me whether it’s in special teams or anywhere you need me on offense, I’m going to dominate that position.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
I’ve been working for this my whole life. I got family in the NFL (Myy brother Jordan Howden who’s the starting SS for the New Orlean Saints) so it’s in my blood, I’m built for this, I’m built to last. You will always get my 100% effort no matter what it is. Either it’s blocking or running the ball, etc.
