Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My main Goal was to have a winning season with my team and to make a Bowl game- which we accomplished together!! Personally, I had a great season with the opportunities I was given. To be a heavy running school that finished 5th in country, and still be able to get over 600 yards, only touching the ball 30 times, shows the electric player I am. It also shows I make my opportunities count. I feel confident with this final season I put together. Now it’s time to go have a stellar Pro-day, and hopefully a combine invitation and post-senior game invite as well.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I believe my coaches and teammates would say that I am mentally tough and a soldier, not just how fast or great of a playmaker I am. They have seen me play games hurt and finish out strong, putting us in the position to win no matter what. They know I am a player that does not quit or give up at any time and get the job done.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When I study myself, I look for anything in my route that could give the DB an idea of what I’m doing so I know what to fix. I also look for more ways to create more separation on the field. When I’m watching the opponent, I look for their weakness in coverage, and what angles they struggle to tackle at.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

Physically, it is my speed and constant pressure as a vertical deep threat to the defense downfield, and my quickness in open space. My ability to track every deep ball really separates me from the rest. Mentally, I am a person who performs and excel under high pressure and hard situations, which not many can but I am the few that does. My constant dedication is also what separates me from a lot of other guys. I am able to excel under pressure and hard moments. All of these qualities can be seen when you cut the film on, and when watching me train on and off the field. I have that X-Factor in me.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I plan to train at either Exos, ROI, or Plex Performance. Both are really great places for Pro Day/Combine training. I will get 1 on 1 time with the trainers to work on the details that go into my testing. These facilities have the right diet and nutrition for personal body needs, (specifically for weight loss or weight gain), and training for mock interviews to prepare me for talking to NFL scouts.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

The strengths I will bring on the field are my elite speed, ability to play at all the skill positions on offense, ability to play Cornerback, and return specialist. Off the field, I am good with fans and respectful to all staff. I will have lots of people who will come to support not just me, but the team and organization as a whole. I will shed good light on the organization by being a people person, and in giving back to the community with community service and other events.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

I know I didn’t have the same exposure as a lot of Power 5 players, but when you watch me play you will see a player who is resilient and devoted to himself and the team. You will get a playmaker at all times of the game, (when it’s going good or bad). I’ve been through hard times and struggled. These adversities have only strengthened me mentally, and built me to last and weather any storm. I know who I am, and I know what I bring to the table. I helped put my team in the best position to win games, which is what it all comes down to. I am that X-factor player who can change the game in just 1 play at any time of the game. I am that Diamond in the rough, and whoever takes a chance on me will find out quickly the diamond that I am.
