Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

A few goals I set out before the season were to be all conference, as well as win a championship and make the playoffs. Although we didn’t win a championship or make the playoffs I was able to attain my goal of becoming an all conference player.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I believe with all the hard work and consistency that I’ve been able to achieve with my time at URI being a 4 year captain, my coaches and teammates would speak of me as a tough hard nosed leader who’s always trying to finish people and achieve my job at the highest level possible.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

I look at film as an asset to my game and I believe that’s where I truly separate myself from others and my opponents. I look for any tips possible and I evaluate defenses as whole which helps me because being a center requires a lot of decision making. I try to focus on strengths and weaknesses equally to improve as well.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

What separates me is my ability to move in space well, as well as recognize defenses and pressures they may or may not be bringing. My knowledge of the game is my strong suit as well as my toughness.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I will be training day in and day out at a training site down in Tampa Florida. I will be focusing on combine prep as well as OL specific training as well.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I consider myself coachable, I play hard and to the echo of the whistle every snap, and I will always do my job. Off the field I am a leader and a big locker room guy, nothing is more important to me than my relationships with my teammates and the people around the team.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

You’re getting a guy who is going to give you his all every single day and who will be a positive difference maker for your organization both on the field and in the locker room.
