Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
Conference Championship, National Championship, 100+ tackles, 15+ TFL’s, 5+ Sacks, First Team All-Conference, First Team All-American.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
I believe that my coaches and teammates would say that I am a very passionate player.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
I like to study alignment of receivers and running backs. I also kept an eye on the tendencies of lineman and quarterbacks.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
What separates me from other players is my work ethic. If football isn’t in my future anymore, I am a huge advocate for physical and mental fitness. I like to encourage others around me to buy into it as well.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
Weight lifting and usually different types of cardio are a big part of my off season routine. Working on position specific craft with different drills and tedious work as well.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I strongly believe my leadership, character, and confidence will be a strong suit for any team. I am a team first player and have always been a lead by example type of guy. I am still learning how to be a better vocal leader.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
My final pitch to any team who is willing to take a chance on me is this. I am willing to sacrifice for the greater good of the program. I am willing to lay a strong foundation for the future of the team. I am willing to buy in and stay on the course with any system that I am put in. You will not regret taking a chance on me.
