Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

I had goals of being an All-American for the third season in a row and to become a captain of my team and win a national championship one last time with my brothers. I accomplished being All-America, but sadly did not accomplish the national champion one, but God has a plan for me and sadly that wasn’t in his plan, but it was still a great season and wouldn’t trade it for the world.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I would say they would call me unselfish and lead by example kind of guy. I like to always be on point with everything I do because I know everyone is looking at me as the example and as the standard and I want to continually hold the standard and raise it so I’m always early to meetings, putting extra work in, being sure to ask questions to show we can all learn and to be humble in your play because we all have places to improve in.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

I am my own biggest critic, I study film religiously and love to do so. I look at my stance, hand placement, my tempo, knees are feet are align and in the correct place, being sure of being physical, and winning my rep it’s a daily grind and I am not perfect by any means, so daily I watch myself and watch others who are at a higher level than I am to see what they do differently and to add tools to my game.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I have always been over looked and doubted because of my size. I’m not the most menacing guy by any means when you just look at me, so I carry that chip on my shoulder of I might be small, but I play big. I love the game more and I’m willing to go further than you are to prove myself and to better the team.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

My season ended, so I’m already working out and preparing for possible bowl games and pro days to look and play my best and to present myself as best I can In front of the Scouts. I am finding a place to do my pro day training at currently as well.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

A guy who is willing to do what it takes no matter the cost and being a leader off the field in my day to day life and walk being someone to lean on in tough situations and daily.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

I’m here for the taking you know and willing to give my all to an organization that will invest in me. You will get a great player and hard worker out of it.
