What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

A few goals that I had set as well as accomplished in my final season were, to get All- Conference Honors, get a Kickoff return TD, and be my teams leading receiver.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

With me being able to take advantage of the opportunity, it was something I truly prayed and worked for. I believe I put in a crazy amount of work because I felt as easy as Covid took away two track seasons from me along with a football season, it could’ve possibly happened again so I couldn’t let this opportunity slip.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I believe they would say I’m a selfless, competitive player due to the fact I would try to put our team in the best position to compete as well as win.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When I am studying film, I try my best to pick up little tendencies or little details that will allow me to go from good to great as a football player. I look for the mistakes or things I could’ve done better on.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I understand when it comes to all these professional leagues it is a business and it is all about, “how can you help our team”. The thing that separates me from the rest is My size as well as my ability to track the ball in the air. With me being 6 foot, 200lbs, it is a big advantage to my game, because it allows to be more physical and a dominant player when the ball is in the air.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

During this offseason I recently played in the Podyum Bowl which went on earlier this month but right now, I am training, lifting, making sure my body is in the right shape and patiently waiting for whatever door God decides to open up for me.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Some strengths or abilities that I believe that will help me stand out on and off the field are, me being a man of faith, my work ethic, as well as the ability to learn and grow as a player or individual. In Proverbs 27:17 it says “As iron sharpens iron, So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.” I believe with all my strengths I can be used to sharpen (improve and develop) the ones around me.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

Whoever takes a chance on me, just know you’re getting a great player/ Individual who is ready to go to work. I’ll alway put the team first and will bring that competitive edge to the environment that I am in.
