Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

The goals I set for my final collegiate season was to be a leader on the defensive side of the ball staying consistent, and contributing to the team in anyway possible whether it’s a different position or special teams. I approached the season wanting to win every rep i had in the game.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

They would say I give it my all when I’m on the field. I play hard and relentless trying to get to the ball each play. They would say that I liked to coach up the younger guys in my position because they needed to be ready at all times for us to be successful as a group. I’m a motivator, I always put the team first.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

When I watch film I like to correct my techniques, eye discipline and focus on my pre snap keys to put me in the best position possible to play fast and relentless. I like to look at the top formations a team may run, and how the receivers run routes. I look at where the running back is lined up because it gives you a better feel on where the play is going. I also look at the lineman because they may give off run or pass.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

My eye discipline when diagnosing routes and pre snap reads. I like to play fast and not waste reps. I focus on the small things in my game to always win my 1/11th to put my team in a better situation.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I plan to focus on every little detail to perfect my game incase a professional opportunity presents itself. I plan to gain weight and perfect my craft as much as possible.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

My ability to play and understand different positions on defensive and how I like to go hard on every and any special teams to try to make a difference in a game. I can play man to man coverage on any position of field and I can make open field tackles. Despite my size I’m not afraid to attack the ball at all I like to play physical. Off the field I like to be a positive role model especially in the locker room, weight room, or film room.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

I am prepared to do whatever it takes to help the team achieve its main goal including being a special teams player. I’m very confident in my game and with more time and hard work I will be able to improve my game some more. I am coachable and will listen to criticism to help put me in a better position to succeed for myself and the team.
