Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

The Goals that I set for myself for my final collegiate season was to first and foremost help my team in anyway I could make it to the conference championship and win. Another goal that I set for myself was to beat the number of touchdowns that I received in the previous season and make the all-conference list.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

My coaches and teammates would say that I am a team guy who is very humble. They would also mention a guy who is looking to help out his peers and everyone around him get better. Very cool guy to hang around with outside of football and would be there for them if they needed help.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When studying film to better my game I am watching the things that I’m doing wrong, like the footsteps I should be taking to better my blocks, or how when it’s time to run routes I’m looking at my off the line release, my second level release, and finishing the route with speed. My hand and head placement is also another thing that I’m watching when I’m looking to make improvements on my game in the blocking aspect.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

Something that separates me from other pro prospects at my position is how I’m always going to find a way to get open especially with being an undersized tight end.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

My offseason plan is to work on getting my strength up while continuing to work on my craft at tight end and fullback; therefore I can be versatile in the league while continuing to working on my speed.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I am bringing my blocking, catching, and finishing to whatever team chooses me on the field. Off the field I am bringing my leadership skills, humble attitude and intelligence.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

With me being undersized at my position, I am still going to work just as hard as anyone out here that gets the chance to make a team. You pick me you’re getting a humble, intelligent young man that will do whatever it takes to help the team get to the goals that are set for the franchise.
