Terian Goree: 2019 Draft Prospect Interview

Name: Terian Goree
School: Stephen F. Austin/North Texas
Position: WR
Height: 6’2″
Weight: 175

Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?

I wanted to lead my team in receiving and I led in every category besides touchdowns.

Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?

When studying film, I look for tendencies in the DBs. What band he likes to throw at me when pressing or what techniques he likes to play most.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

My knowledge for the game separates me from most. I believe I have learned a lot about the game of football, but I still have a lot more to learn.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

I plan to work on my speed and agility this offseason. I feel like I’m an explosive player, but if I get my press releases and YAC up, that will make me better.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I can bring explosiveness from a player that is very underrated. I can make big catches on third downs to move the chains and I can stretch the field vertically at any time.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

This is what I’ve been wanting my whole life. All I need is a small opportunity and I am going to make the most of it.
