Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My main goal this season was to help lead my team to a conference championship and be named to the AAC first team. Even though the championship game didn’t go as we had hoped I was proud of the team for being able fight through the challenges we had faced at the end of the season. I also earned AAC first team for the first time in my college career.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I believe my coaches and teammates would say that I am one of the hardest working people they know. That they are able to count on me to do my job and do what is necessary for the team to be successful.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

Whenever I’m studying myself, I try to be as critical as possible and make sure that what I’m putting on the tape matches what I envision myself doing. This includes things like the minor details in my fundamentals and technique as well as critiquing my effort and physicality.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I believe the biggest selling point for my game is my versatility. Throughout my college career I have made starts at every position on the offensive line excluding center. Being able to switch between positions and continuing to execute at a high level is necessary when playing professionally.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I have trained at Barwis located in Deerfield, Florida with some of the best in the business. Im so thankful to the Barwis family from the trainers to the physical therapists and to the people who do all the magic behind the scenes. They have helped me gain a new edge as an athlete and I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity they gave me to come train.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Like I mentioned earlier versatility is one of my biggest strengths but outside of that I believe I can bring a ton of value to an organization though my personality and effort. I was voted team captain two years in a row and have a good grasp on what it takes to be an effective leader. I also hold myself to a high standard of consistency in who I am on the field and off it which I believe is a great quality to have.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

Who ever decides to give me an opportunity to join their organization will get someone who is willing to do what is necessary to help the team win. I will strive to continue to better myself as a player and person. I will give all my effort in everything we do because playing professional football has been a dream of mine since I was 5 years old.
