Q: In your final collegiate season, what goals did you accomplish this fall or set for this upcoming spring?
One goal I accomplished was becoming a better run defender & a goal I set for the spring was becoming more flexible to help with my movements in the pros.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
I believe they would say that I am dependable, hardworking, a leader, and very coachable.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
It depends on what part of the season we are in. When in season I focus on weak points of the competition and try to key in on them to give me an advantage and in the off season I work on my weak points and try to strengthen them.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
In a physical aspect, I have the ability to play inside on cheetah packages and outside on base defenses/cheetah packages. I also bring more than just my pass rushing ability, I am able to play the run. Behind the scene things I bring is I am not a problem on or off the field.
Q: What is your plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities, especially with the virus limiting pro days/training facilities/etc?
I’m currently training at EXOS in FL with the top talent in the nation, really trying to elevate my game and work on other things such as my flexibility.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
Being able to play a stand up End or being down in a stance, and also as stated earlier not being a trouble maker and I also connect with people easily which helps make it easier to lead.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL/CFL or any other professional leagues?
I am a safe pick with lots of potential, who ultimately just wants the best for the team.
