Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
I was able to grow as a football player. Over the years i’ve obtained great information from a lot of coaches. Become a player that my team counts on.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
Selfless and team player.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
Db’s technique, the footwork of the DB, The defensive schemes, how fast the db gets tired (hands on hip), Is the DB giving up space? Is he aggressive? Reading the safeties and what depth they will sit at.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
Understanding defensive schemes. The tells of certain players and exposing them.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
Get to the bowls games. I have two options to train either in Tampa or Atlanta but we are still making the decision. I’ve also been to the FCS bowl and CGS bowl.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I am able to stretch the field, and be able to get behind the defense. Understanding where the spaces and soft spots are in the defense and exploiting them.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
I just need an opportunity and whatever the team needs, I’m here. Even for special teams.
