Norman: Trent Williams because he does not stop, he’s not a warrior, he’s a killer, and killers finish and go home.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?
Norman: My body placement on the first step compared to the defender, if my feet stop moving, and if my hands are not strong and active.
Q: What separates you from other players at your position?
Norman: I don’t finish at the whistle, I finish when the defender gives up.
Q: What kind of abilities would you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
Norman: Leadership showing that is okay to go into battle when the walls are caving in, because once again, finishing is key, and nothing is quite like all 5 o-linemen finishing.
Q: What is your final pitch/sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
Norman: Quitting is unacceptable; you miss every shot you don’t take, so you better believe when I get that shot, I’ll be ready to make an impact on Sunday.
