Height: 5’11”

Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?
Chris: Smart, physical, instinctive.
Q: How are you going to train/prepare this offseason in preparation for the draft or other pro opportunities?
Chris: I’m training this offseason for the draft by first changing my diet, deciding what food to keep my weight stable. I’m training to increase my strength, speed, and explosiveness for the drills that are expected for Pro Day.
Q: If you could compare yourself to one current or former NFL player who would it be and why?
Chris: Tyran Mathieu because I am a versatile DB, I can play any position in the secondary at a high level.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?
Chris: In studying film, I look for QB mannerisms and the OL to see if I could read run or pass pre-snap based on there stance. I also just look for habits from WRs and RBs.
Q: What separates you from other players at your position?
Chris: What separates me from other players is my IQ of the game and how I am able to anticipate plays pre-snap. Also I’m great at getting the ball out by any means.
Q: What kind of abilities would you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
Chris: On the field I’m able to over communicate to the defense, I’m hardworking, passionate, and I find ways to get the ball back for my offense. Off the field, my character never changes. Im always positive no matter the outcome and I love to make others better around me, not just in football, but in life.
Q: What is your final pitch/sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
Chris: I love the game, I need the game, I just want to continue to give the game back everything it has provided me. I will always find ways to continue to get better.
