Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

A few goals that I accomplished in my final season were: being recognized as an NAIA All-American, gained my second Defensive Player of the Year award, Captain of LCU Defense, and brought LCU football back to a winning record.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

They would say I’m a hard worker, that I’m dedicated, a great teammate, and a great leader.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

First when watching film I watch each offensive lineman and the difference in their stance between run and pass plays. I then look for run/pass & blocking scheme tendencies of the oline. Next I watch the pass plays and mentally put together a list of pass rush moves that will work on the edges, and another list for what might work on the interior. Next I check the RB’s, TE’s and even the Qb for tendencies or giveaways to what they play might be.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

My drive, my work ethic and just my overall buy in to whatever team I’m on. No matter where I am my goal will always be to win, and be outstanding wherever my number is called on the field.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I plan on continuing my workouts in the weight room (workout plan courtesy of LCU football) and continuing to hit the field for agility and speed training.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I’m a great team morale guy as well as a play maker. From the start of the game until the end of the game 110% no matter the score. I play every rep like my last.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

If I can get the chance, I promise that I won’t waste your time. Whatever team picks me up is getting a hard worker, who will do whatever it takes to win on and off the field.
