Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?
Heading into my final collegiate season, I was awarded for 2018 most outstanding effort award during spring football.
Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?
That I am an ambitious worker who never gives up and gives 100 percent effort every single play. Player who can be trusted to make the game changing plays.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
I focus on every small details like stance, footwork, pad level, alignment, assignment, defensive lineman stunts, coverage, opponents formation, running backs alignment, how the offensive lineman is leaning, and most importantly how I can fix the mistakes I made to make the corrections.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
My work ethic, mentality, effort, and speed. Others players may be more talented than me but I will not let anybody outwork me. I will give 100 percent effort every single play and I will not take one play off. I use my speed as an advantage to get off blocks and make plays sideline to sideline.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
I will workout with my strength coaches at UTSA every single day to get stronger, faster, and more explosive. On my own time I will be working on my craft as a linebacker to be the best I can be.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
My work ethic and effort will bring energy to the team and will help other players push their limits to be the best they can be. Off the field, I will be volunteering to speak at local schools to share my testimony and help kids dream bigger than life.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
I will give everything I got day in and day out and play this game with love, passion, dedication, ambition, and help the team become successful in any way possible.
