Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
The goals I set was to be a great teammate and lead the right way. I had just transferred to a new school so I had to catch on quick and I knew if I did those things everything else would handle itself.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
They would definitely tell you I put the team first before I make any decision. They will tell you I am very competitive and passionate about the sport. Lastly they will tell you the love for the game that I have is out of this world.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
I study my opponents tendencies so when I get in the game if I see something I know exactly what’s happening. I look at how receivers run routes and which the speed they run them so I know what type of receiver I am going to be going against. You can tell a lot by the split of a WR so that’s another huge indicator. Also I look at the offensive lineman so I know what move will catch them off guard when I blitz. I study QB’s looking at how they react to different zone coverages and man.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
I love the game like non other. I am versatile I have played multiple positions and I love doing it. I have a high motor on the field and I have confidence that no matter who is in front of me I will come victorious.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
I plan to continue my training with defensive back specialist Aaron Christy at tdg.skills. Keep my body right continue eating right and get ready for pro day and go perform!
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I will bring versatility to any team. I have played multiple positions and take pride in having the ability to do that so I’ll bring versatility and also a high motor football player. Off the field I will bring leadership, trust, confidence, and honesty to the team!
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
I’m ready for it all! My passion for the game is out of this world!
