Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

I set out to be the best leader for my team, vocally and through leading by example. I feel I did accomplish this, and hopefully left an impact on my teammates. All other personal achievements come after that naturally.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

They would say I’m very passionate and relentless.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

One of the biggest things I focus on, is if there are angles to body position that a defensive lineman or linebacker can give me pre snap, to better position myself physically and mentally. Another thing I like to focus on is how do defenses react to certain offensive alignments, just so I can be prepared to communicate to my guys on the field when a situation arises.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I pick up schemes a lot faster than most. Anybody can be physically ready for a pro opportunity, but are they mentally ready to perform as soon as you are called up?

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I’m working with a strength and conditioning coach prepping for the combine. Once school is done, I’ll be making my way into an indoor training facility to get ready for camp.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

A strength I have is the ability to be very coachable. I want to always exceed expectations on and off the field when it comes to forming myself into a culture.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL/CFL or any other pro leagues?

Give me an opportunity and I promise you’ll get nothing less than a champion mindset. This comes with being an impact player that will change the momentum of an organization for the better.
