Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?

I accomplished becoming a better route runner, learning the different types of defenses and the many different stems of routes. Reading defenses better pre snap, and improved my film studying.

Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?

My coaches would say I’m a leader, tone setter, student of the game and physical.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I am focusing on how the DB uses his hands, his back pedal, the way he gets into zone, the openings in the defense in zones, how he comes downhill on the run. I am always watching film on myself as well.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

What separates me is my mentality. I have faith in TMH GOD which gives me unlimited amount of faith in myself. In order to beat me you have to be willing to die because there is no quit in me. I love to compete. I am also very physical so I like run blocking.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

I train at a gym called the Spooky Nook with my trainer Rich Garcia, and my other trainer Daryl Daniel. I workout a lot on my own as well. My work ethic is what gives me my confidence. Currently,I am down in Austin, Texas in the spring league competing with the top free agents in football

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

On the field, The way I make my teammates better, my playmaking ability and speed. The ability to make people miss as well. The passion I have and play for the game. Always being a student of the game.
Off the field. My leadership abilities, my community service, ability to help my people, teaching, mentoring.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

I’ve been playing football my whole life. I’ve been dominate since I played too. All I need is a chance to play with the best of the best and the rest will speak for itself. I love the game and love the opportunities it provides.
