Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My goal, being a small-college athlete, for my final collegiate season was to show that I can perform at the highest levels of football. I was able to show more of my potential with the division & game-speed change.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

My teammates and coaches would say that I’m a passionate player and that I play hard always. My teammates would also tell you that I’m a natural leader not only vocally but through my everyday actions at practice. (2yr Team Captain).

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When going through film, I usually just have to make sure I have a clear understanding of what my job is as an individual. Hustling around and playing fast is a natural thing for me so I always make sure that I’m doing what’s being taught to the fullest extent.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

The thing(s) that separate me the most from others at my position are my physicality, trigger-speed, in-game intelligence, & my ability to compete and fight through pain.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

My plan is to get back to Texas and work with some credential sport’s performance trainers and making sure that I’m getting faster. Strength wise, I doing workouts provided by my strength coach at Northwest Missouri St Uni.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I bring a high-level of competition, leadership, and positivity. I’m capable of changing the atmosphere in rooms and making more guys compete to their full capabilities as well. Along with that, I bring a positive mindset that allows me to create bonds with my teammates even though we compete against one another. I’m able to communicate with different people as well which can be good on and off the field in many ways.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

My final pitch would be to take a chance on a guy like me. I’ve been the underdog always but no matter where I’ve been in my life I have always been able to adapt quickly and compete at the highest levels of football. From Texas 6A Division 1 football to National Championships Competition in the NAIA to Top Division 2 (MIAA) level competition, I have always been capable of performing and making plays without a problem. The level and speed of football doesn’t affect the results of my performance.
