Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
My goals were to make First Team All Conference, First Team All American and win the NAIA national championship. I accomplished being First Team All Conference.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
They would say that I have great athleticism and a long pass protector that can vary pass sets to stop rushers. A great feel for passing rushers off and staying on balance versus movement. Has great balance and feel for climbing to the second level with quickness and has the ability to get guys reached and strength to finish blocks.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
The things that I focus on when studying film are: (1) how my technique and finishing is during every play, (2) study my teammates technique to see how we can play better together and (3) study my opponents’ techniques so that I can always have the upper hand.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
I feel that my athleticism, physicality and just being a student of the game.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
My plan is to go back to my hometown and work with my trainers Derreck Baker (PRO Sports and Fitness) and Coach Arthur Ray (The O-Line Lab).
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
On the field, an organization would get a guy that is fearless and dominate. For off the field, an organization would get a true humanitarian that likes to pay it forward and give back to the community.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
I’m that Diamond in the Rough that is ready to shine and will give 150% to the league, my team, my family and myself. This opportunity WILL change the lives of my family and myself.
