Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
It was my first year on a new team, I really wanted to make a good impression on my teammates and be one of the hardest workers on the team and be somebody they knew they could count on. As a group, we all wanted to be NJAC champs, although we didn’t achieve our goal I was so proud to be apart of a team that never quit and fought to the very last second every game and I’m grateful to have played alongside such a great group of guys.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
I think they would say that I am dependable and and unselfish teammate. This is the ultimate team game and I believe you have to earn the right to be thrown the ball as a receiver, so making an impact in the run game and running routes for other guys to get open is something I pride myself on and think my teammates would agree.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
I like to focus on the little details that I can take advantage of when watching film on another team. I believe the smallest advantages can be very impactful down the stretch of a game so really just looking for advantages in anyway is what I like to do.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
I think my size definitely gives me an advantage on the field. Being a bigger receiver, I am able to play both in the slot or on the outside and take advantage of matchups anywhere on the field.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
I have been training at Professional Care Athletic Performance (PCAP) on the Long Island, which is a new up and coming training facility that is truly one of a kind.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
Being a leader on and off the field. Setting the right example and doing things the right way is what I am about.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
Playing at the next level would be a dream come true and something I wouldn’t take for granted. Any team that is willing to take a chance on me is going to get my best effort everyday I show up to work.
