What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

One goal I set for myself was to minimize sacks given up which I accomplished, giving up under 3 sacks on the season and 0 In 2019. Another Goal was to stay healthy which was also accomplished during my final season.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

I Took the opportunity during this previous season to work on my craft as an offense lineman and also gain more film.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I’ve always been told I was a player you have to see perform in person, calm but able to flip the switch when needed.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

Studying film I primarily focus on my ball get off technique and the posture. I also evaluate my opponent and their tendencies, stance, ball get off, that alone can help my what kind of player I’m facing and how to properly prepare.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

At my position I bring Size, Speed and Strength to the table with a 7’4″ wingspan which makes it easier to lock out my opponent and also deliver a stern punch.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

My plan is to keep consistency with my daily workout, working on my foot work and technique and all the fundamentals for my position.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

One thing about me is I hate losing whether it be a game of madden or a 1-on-1 man on man battle on the field, I’m going to do what it takes to win my battle.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

Don’t let me being from a small black college prospect discredit me, I put on my pads like any player in the ACC, SEC, etc… Let my performance against my opponents speak instead of the hype.
