Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

The goals I set was to finish up my college career strong and to have the liberty to help change the culture in the ECSU locker room. My main goal was to have over 50 tackles, 5 deflection and 3 turnovers. I end up having 77 tackles, 4 deflections, 3 FF, 1 FR, and an interception. I accomplished my goal in changing the culture of locker room by leading by examples. It was great to see the impact that I made in such a small time frame with a new team. My younger teammates looked up to me because I was a football player that already had a bachelor degree which is very powerful in the HBCU community.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

Very quiet but fierce! My coaches and teammates would say that I am someone who never quits. They will say that I go hard all the time even through thick and thin. They will also tell you how I always put work in to just to prepare harder than my future opponent. Last, my coaches and teammates will tell you that I will be that guy who wears no sleeves in a snow blizzard.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

There’s a few things I look at. My technique would be the first. I will try to judge what was my thought process was before the play and what technique I was using. Second, I would look at my feet work and critique all of the movements that I know I can improve on. Last, I study my opponent movements to see how his movements effected mines.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

Effort, speed, quickness, and aggressiveness. I feel that my effort is way better than anybody in this upcoming draft. I have so many touchdown saving tackles and great effort plays throughout my college, high-school and pop warner career.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I saved up money just for an opportunity like this. I will be working with Bommarito to enhance my skills for my pro day showcase. Just going hard and staying focus until my hard work show some scouts what I can do.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Definitely being a likable guy. I am very smart and intelligent guy that loves to give out positive energy. I am not selfish, I am a team player that is willing to make sacrifices for the team. I done this numerous of times, thats why I played every defensive back position you can think of. I am a versatile guy which means I have the ability to adapt quickly. I played in every level you can think of for college ball while playing every defensive back position. I also can play man or zone defensive playing off or on coverage.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

I am a guy you can invest on. My whole background story is amazing as I jumped many obstacle just to get where I am at in life. When you think of me, think diamond in the ruff. I am a guy who will always produce at a high level because that’s just my personality. I love being an underdog!
