Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?

I was elected team captain which was the biggest thing to me because it showed how other players viewed me.

Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?

Coaches would definitely say I’m a very passionate player. Also, one that does everything 100 percent every practice and every play.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I focus on tendencies of the play calling because if you know what play is coming before the play, you can play a lot faster.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

What separates me from other players is my footwork. I’ve always prided myself in having great footwork and it allows me to get in and out of breaks smoothly.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

I’ll be training back in Dallas with a former university of Miami All-American to help with my DB skills while training with my track coach for speed.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

My confidence will make me stand out for sure as I never get to rattled and can handle any situation that comes at me during the game or after.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

All I need is a chance and I’ll come in and do whatever it takes from day 1 to make an impact. Football is my passion and when I get the opportunity I’ll do anything to keep it.
