What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My goal for my final season was being able to show everyone including scouts that I can still play coming off a shoulder injury. I finished with 84 tackles in 10 games and I made 1st team All conference.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

I used that extra year to get bigger, stronger and faster. I also worked on my craft on the field with drills, and used film to break down each game and really understand the game.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

They would say that I’m a hard working player and a natural leader on and off the field.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

I focus on personnel and try to find different key’s, whether it’s passing keys or running keys. There’s always someone that gives you an indication to where the ball is going.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

What separates me from other pro prospects would be my mentality. I have that get it out the mud mentality and I don’t expect any hand outs. When I want something I go get it and never look back once I have it. I also don’t mind playing special teams I will definitely start off on special teams and work my way up the depth chart. You have to crawl before you walk.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I’m currently training with WCO70 Monday-Friday doing lifting, speed and field work for the combine and my pro day.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I’m a leader and I push guys to be the best they can be. Im always where the ball is and am using my vision and speed to collapse on plays. I’m also a sideline to sideline type of player and any team will accept a player that’s flying around having fun and making plays.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

My final pitch would be I’m the type of player thats going to go out and earn everything. I don’t take hand outs, I work hard for everything I want and I don’t run from a challenge I face it head on. My work ethic, determination and football knowledge has gotten me this far and I will continue to push myself and sacrifice to get to play at the ultimate level.
