My coaches and teammates would describe me as being a competitor and always wanting to compete to win. Also can be viewed as a contributor within special teams by being a gunner on punt or any other position needed for the success of our team.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
I actually study film any chance I get to see what things I need to work on technically to improve my game . On my game I focus on my pad level , technique and eye discipline whether balls in air or the ground.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
I am a ballhawk long corner and am known to be a lockdown corner that can play both in the boundary and field . I’m versatile and have played free safety in my college experience in junior college where I received first team all conference in California and in high school in Georgia was 2nd team all county in Gwinnett a high profile recruiting area. My teammates know me to be very competitive and a leader out there on the field . I was in the leadership committee my time at HBU and in every other school I played on. I’m very about the team success can of guy and will play special teams or any necessities is needed within the team.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
My off season plan is to find different speed trainers and get stronger in the weight room because there is always room to work to be better than I was yesterday.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
The kind of strengths I bring to the field vary from being a ball hawk, long strong physical corner with good speed. Very good at stopping the deep post and fades especially.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
I am a competitor and want to be the best on the field and am not satisfied with losing . I love the game and am willing to work on special teams, safety or cornerback to help whatever is needed for a team. I played football in Georgia growing up vs high end guys while also signing D2 out of high school to Delta State and then transferred to junior college in California where I received scholarships to play D1, so I believe my will to work is in the resume to play in the NFL or CFL is a profession.
