Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?

Heading into my final collegiate season I accomplished three goals. One of my goals was to get to a solid 200lbs and I did so. Also Throwing for over 2,000 yards and finishing my last season of my college career with a winning record.

Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?

The type of player my coaches would say I am a winner, hard worker, a very competitive person and he is a type of player that leads by example.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

When I am studying film first I focus on the key players, matchups and the rotation in the defensive secondary. What to expect on first downs and all third down situations.  Also which coverages they show/run the most, which coverages they show against different formations. I also study their blitz package, and what will I see inside the red zone.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

I feel like what separates me is my play making, I have the ability to extend plays and I feel I can make every throw on the field. Also off the field the way I can bring the team together as family and being able to have some fun on and off by making people smile and laugh.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

During the off season I have a personal trainer to get better with my feet, accuracy, and ball placement. Also I will be working on my speed and different drills that can better prepare me in the areas I need help in. Also I will continue watching film as well to learn more about the game.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I feel like my strengths and abilities are extending plays, being accurate when throwing the ball, and my ability to run the ball. I believe I have a very laid back personality with a good amount of confidence in myself and team. This allows for me to be calm in all situations and keep my team in a good mental space no matter what is going on in the game at the moment. Off the field I believe I can bring people together, make people laugh, and have all the main things to bring a family aspect to the team.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

All I need is a chance to prove myself. Overtime I feel like I will get better and better and could be one of the best players to play the Quarterback position. I would bring a winning mentality to the team and whichever team give me a chance I wouldn’t let them down.
