Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

I wanted to lead my team in interceptions for the second year in a row and add more interceptions to what I had last year. I was able to lead my team again in interceptions and added more interceptions to what I had last year and a pick 6 as well. I had 5 this year with a pick 6, last year I had 3.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

They would say I’m a leader, a bawl hawk, can play and do well at any DB spot and my commitment/passion for the game is next to none! Being a team captain on my team the past few seasons has allowed to me to lead with words and lead by example on and off the field.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When I study film I like to focus on formations and what route combinations that come from them. Also, I like to look at the little things like alignments/splits and even hand signals in game that are between a receiver and quarterback.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

What separates me is my IQ for the game, my ball hawking skills, reading routes knowing when and when not to make plays on the ball and my experience at other DB positions. I have experience at nickel, free safety and corner. I know I can play all those positions at a high level.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I plan to train with my DB Coach, Coach Bo of DBSensei. He has been a great help to me since meeting him in 2020. He has experience with training professional athletes and athletes at the highest levels of D1 and other levels as well. I also look forward to training with my trainer at 360 fit performance in Columbia, MD. I was able to work with Coach Tah this summer and was able to improve myself with the training I went through.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I bring leadership, respect, commitment, versatility and a humble heart and attitude. Coming from a small Division 2 school I understand I may be looked over but I know my love and commitment for the game of football is unmatched. I have experience at multiple DB spots so I can play anywhere that is needed for a team man or zone coverage. My instincts and ball skills are great I feel that my 11 career interceptions proves that and my stats show that every year I’ve gotten to the ball more and more. I am also humble to know that I’m a work in progress far from the finished product. However i know for a fact that getting put in that environment around those type of people I would excel tremendously. Off the field, I am a stand up guy as well. I have been able to excel in the classroom being on my schools presidents list and deans list multiple times also getting multiple 4.0 semesters. I have been able to be a member of my schools SAAC program.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

Your are getting a guy who will excel in that environment around those types of people. A hard worker on and off the field ready to prove himself at all times. That fire burns inside me to be great. I can play any DB position at a high level my film proves that. I am a ball hawk at any spot I’m at I always find a way to be around the ball. It’s been that way since high-school as well my tape shows me getting to the ball even back then! I am a stand up person on and off that field. I’m willing to play anywhere and anything special teams as well! All I need is an opportunity.
