Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?
Win Some Games! We ended up # 2 in our conference. We came a long way. Being a LEADER on and off the field, also getting my name out there in the media world. I was first on my team in tackles.
Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?
Wonderful athlete and a great player to coach. Also, a versatile playmaker. Wherever the ball is at, you’re going to see me.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
I focus on the offense tendencies. The formations. The down and distance. Also, I focus on their go to players.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
I would say my go getter attitude. I’m very confident in what I do. They look at my size and think they have an advantage.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
I have numerous options. I have trainers at home. “Coach JJ” and “Coach Marty”. They were my high school coaches. Also, “Coach Roy” and “Coach Aaron” that I just got introduced to this year.I always can train with my strength and conditioning coach at school, “Coach Q”. I Have no excuse at all. The opportunity is here and I’m going to attack! No days off.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
High positive energy. Being that leader everyone looks up to. Also, I will bring my versatility. You can put me anywhere on the field and I’ll get the job done, I’m humble.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
I would like to say I’m a guy that is very passionate about the game, a student of the game and will not be outworked. Since a kid, I knew I was destined to play. I would like to have an opportunity and hope you will take a chance on me. You wouldn’t regret it. #LIVINGPROOF
