Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

I set out to be elected a team captain for the second year in a row. Thanks to my teammates for believing in me, I was. I also set out to win a conference championship. Unfortunately, we came up short in a double overtime game in our last regular season game. However, I was grateful for the awesome experience of another season with a team full of guys that I can call brothers.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

They would say I am a great teammate. I lead by example and vocally. I work my tail off and would never ask anyone to do something that I would not do / have not done myself.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

I focus not so much on myself as I do my opponents. The last couple years I have realized that my game regarding my skill set can only get so much better. Thus, I focus on DBs tendencies, strengths, and weaknesses in order to play tailored towards what I am best at.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I would say my route running and my ability to find space and create separation. I have a great feel on what works and how to naturally create space and get open.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I plan to get stronger, faster, and more explosive while also focusing on the fundamentals of the game / the fundamentals at WR. Far too often you see guys doing a lot of fancy things and forgetting about the simple things such as getting in and out of routes efficiently and effectively.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

As I stated previously I would be a great teammate and escalate the play of those around me. I also just love every aspect of ball! I’d bring an enjoyment and love for the game.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

An opportunity to play at the next level would truly be a blessing. I would be the hardest worker on the team without a doubt in my mind. From the field to the film room. I am passionate about every aspect of the game whether it be film, practice, or 6am workouts. I would not let anyone down! Additionally, I am not the most athletic WR. I am not the biggest, fastest, or strongest guy on the field. However, I feel like the biggest factor I bring to the table is my ability to be crafty at the position and my effort is unmatched when it comes to any aspect of the game, whether it be blocking or running a dead route on the backside of a play.
