Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?

I set my goals high after I ended my Junior year of football. I told myself that I wanted to win another championship and become an elite edge rusher in college football. Both of which I was able to accomplish as a senior.

Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?

Big and explosive. Gives extreme effort and has an extremely high sense of pride for what he does.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I focus a lot on offensive tendency. How offensive linemen like to set and when they like to shoot their hands. I also look for tendencies that the QB may show, such as his step progression and what he likes to do when he feels pressure.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

I think what separates me from other players is my speed and strength at my size, I’m a big dude that can move extremely fast and get off the line of scrimmage quick. I use my hands and length to my advantage as well as having a high football IQ.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

I will be signing with an agent and be involved in offseason NFL combine training during the winter of 2019 to best prepare myself for the biggest interview of my life.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I have great character and a strong work ethic. I bring length, speed, and power to my position and I have great leadership skills to push others to work hard.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

I may be a small school athlete, but I’ve always had a high sense of pride to battle against anyone who lines up across from me no matter who it is. I find that the biggest thing that separates divisions in football is mentality and if you can win the mental battle, you can beat anyone. I’m built strong and physical and I am not injury prone. I will play any position that will best help my team win games.
