Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

Some goal I set for my final season is being a better leader for the younger players in the room and also taking care of my nutrition to keep me healthy throughout the season.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

They would say that I’m high motor player with relentless effort on every play.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

Watching opponents: First thing I look at is the personnel of the offense, and then I look for the down and distance and then I look at the OL stance, if they are tipping run or pass, I look at the backfield to see if it’s piston, shotgun or empty set and look at tendencies from those formations, what they like to do on first down, second down and third down, see if the OL stance changes during each downs and sometimes the RB stance too… Watching myself: I watch my effort and how violently I’m finishing at the ball, and I watch to see if I’m tipping my stance, also watch my eyes and my pad level on every snap.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

What separates me from other guys is my pursuit to ball, I believe I have to be a factor on every snap and my ability to affect the QB and finally my attention to details.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

There’s no off season for me, just rest days and it is over now. I’m currently working with Sanford power and coach Mike Silby.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

A team that gets me is getting a mature football player. Being a graduate student I understand the level of professionalism involved in pro football, so I am willing to do whatever is expected of me to help the organization be successful and to win championships.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

Growing up in Nigeria and watching my mom do whatever she can to raise 5 children, gives me a different perspective on life, I understand nothing is given everything is earn, I’m a hard worker and I will come in and work for everything I get, when the opportunity presents itself.
